TIX-0101 How do I create an account?

Register with your email and password. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your inbox — enter it on the Account page to verify before checkout.

TIX-0102 Why must my email be verified?

Verified email ensures order confirmations, tracking updates, and petal desk replies reach you. Resend the OTP anytime from Account if it expired.

TIX-0201 How do I track a flower order?

Use your order number and email on Track order. Status emails are sent after checkout and when dispatch milestones change.

TIX-0202 Can I cancel or request a refund?

Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or refund requests. Our petal desk responds during working hours.

TIX-0203 When will I receive confirmation?

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. UPI prepaid orders proceed to the payment gateway; COD orders are queued for cold-chain packing once confirmed.

TIX-0301 How are flowers packed for shipping?

Stems are hydrated, sleeved, and packed in insulated liners to protect delicate petals and foliage during transit across India.

TIX-0302 What if my bouquet arrives damaged or wrong?

Report quality concerns within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. See our Returns policy for eligibility and claim steps.

TIX-0303 How should I care for flowers after delivery?

Trim stems at an angle, refresh vase water daily, and keep blooms away from direct heat or fruit bowls that release ethylene gas.

TIX-0401 Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI / online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD). Prepaid UPI orders qualify for free shipping.

TIX-0402 What is the COD shipping charge?

COD shipping is ₹49 on eligible orders. Prepaid UPI orders ship free when the cart qualifies.

TIX-0403 How long does delivery take?

Most metro and tier-1 cities receive orders within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Remote pin codes may take longer depending on courier coverage.
