1. Welcome & acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to Appily Twentyfour and every purchase of fresh cut flowers, bouquets, stems and related floral products offered through this storefront. By browsing, registering or completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement in full.

2. Merchant identity

This platform is operated by APPILY TWENTYFOUR PETAL DESK PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN: 29AABCT2424F1Z4), with fulfilment managed from Studio 24, Petal Exchange Atrium, Bloom Lane, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024. Appily Twentyfour is the consumer-facing trade name for all floral listings, promotions and customer communications.

3. Product nature & catalogue

Our catalogue lists perishable botanical products including cut stems, hand-tied bouquets, seasonal blooms and preserved floral arrangements. Photographs represent typical specimens; natural variation in petal shape, hue intensity and stem length is normal and does not constitute a product defect.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the variant size shown on each product page.
Seasonal availability may cause certain stems to be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
Care instructions included with your order are advisory; vase life depends on water quality, ambient temperature and handling after delivery.

4. Account eligibility

Checkout requires a verified email address. You must be at least eighteen years of age, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Orders, payment & fulfilment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (prepaid) or COD confirmation on screen.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery where serviceable.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders affected by stock shortages, courier restrictions or suspected fraud.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
