Returns & Replacements

1. Our commitment
Fresh flowers are living products. Appily Twentyfour stands behind the quality of every stem we dispatch. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we will review your case promptly and fairly.
2. Eligible concerns
We may offer a replacement, partial credit or full refund when:
- The wrong product or variant was delivered.
- Stems arrived severely wilted, crushed or clearly past their acceptable freshness window.
- The shipment was lost or significantly delayed beyond our stated delivery window.
3. Reporting window
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not qualify for replacement.
4. Non-eligible situations
- Normal petal shedding or colour fading after 48+ hours in the customer environment.
- Damage caused by improper vase care, direct sunlight or extreme temperatures after delivery.
- Custom or event orders where specific delivery timing was confirmed in writing.
5. Refund timeline
Approved prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. COD refund credits are issued via bank transfer after verification.
